Shipping policy

At our store, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

 

Cancellation Time

All sales are finals and accepted cancellations will be subject to a 20% restock fee if label had been purchased prior to customers email.


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times.


Order Updates
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.


Delays
While we strive to meet our 3–5 business day processing window, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
